In this photo taken on January 21st of 2016, Nancy Records, Executive Director of Mifflin County Communities That Care, presents MCTV Station Manager Roger Herto with an $800 donation to Mifflin County High School's Media Club. The club is comprised of twenty students that assist in running the day to day operations of MCTV, as well as numerous other projects for different facets of the Mifflin County School District.
